Dato’ Zainani Jusoh, C.A. (M), CPA (M), is the Accountant General of Malaysia with an extensive career in public sector accounting and finance spanning over three decades. A graduate of Universiti Putra Malaysia with a Bachelor of Accounting, she has held key leadership roles across various ministries and the Accountant General’s Department, where she spearheaded financial governance, digital transformation, and human capital development. Her expertise covers strategic planning, fiscal management, regulatory compliance, and policy implementation, reinforcing transparency and accountability in government financial administration. Throughout her career, she has also provided strategic advisory to ministries, statutory bodies, and government agencies, driving evidence-based decision-making and strengthening institutional resilience. As Head of Service for the Government Accounting profession, Dato’ Zainani continues to shape national accounting policies and standards in Malaysia’s public sector.
